This cake was done to match the babies’ baptismal outfits. The bottom cake was strawberry with strawberry mousse and sliced fresh strawberries. The top cake was carrot with cream cheese filling. The entire cake was iced in buttercream. The dresses were crafted from fondant and embellished with royal icing details and then dusted with gold and white luster dust. The plaque on top was cut from gum paste and then painted and dusted with gold luster dust.
