Flavors – Cake, Fillings & Coverings

Cakes:
Chocolate: Dark, German, or Stout
Velvet: Vanilla Bean White, Vanilla White, Almond White, Lemon, Orange, Coconut, Mocha Speckle, or Vanilla Chai
Pound Cake: Classic Vanilla, Chocolate, Cinnamon, Marble, Peanut Butter, or Pumpkin
Other:  Yellow Buttermilk, Red Velvet, Banana, or Carrot (contains optional pecans and/or raisins)

Fillings:
Buttercreams: Vanilla, Dark Chocolate, Almond, Cream Cheese*, Espresso, Lemon, Orange, Peanut Butter, Peppermint, Raspberry, Strawberry, Vanilla Bean, or White Chocolate
Creams: Chocolate, Coconut, or Vanilla
Curds/Jams: Lemon, Orange, Raspberry, or Strawberry
Ganache: Chocolate (dark or white)
Mousses*: Cranberry-Orange, Dark Chocolate, Espresso, Lemon, Mocha, Orange, Raspberry, Strawberry, or White Chocolate
Other: Cookie Dough (egg-less)

Mix-Ins to the fillings: coconut (toasted or un-toasted), nuts (toasted or un-toasted), mini chocolate chips, crushed cookies, mini marshmallows, or fresh fruit (seasonal)

Coverings:
Buttercreams: Vanilla, Chocolate (color will be brown), White Chocolate, or Almond
Fondant: Homemade White Chocolate, Homemade Dark Chocolate (color will be brown)
